Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] (“we”, “us”), who runs Clubhouse at www.mickeymillions.com. By creating an account or using Clubhouse you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. Who can use Clubhouse

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You sign in with Google (or, for older accounts, an email and password). Keep your sign-in secure: you are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • One account is for one person or business. Don't share it or sell access to it.

2. What Clubhouse does

Clubhouse helps you create content for personas: photos, videos, voiceovers and captions made with artificial intelligence, from your descriptions, your uploads and the templates we provide. It can also publish that content to social accounts you connect, when you choose to publish or schedule it.

3. Your content and personas

  • You keep ownership of what you upload. As between you and us, you may use what you create in Clubhouse as you wish, within these terms and the law.
  • You give us permission to store, process and send your content to the services we use (for example, the AI models that make a generation) only as needed to run Clubhouse for you.
  • If a persona is based on a real person, or uses a real person's face, body or voice, you must have that person's clear, documented consent, and they must be an adult. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.

4. What you must not do

  • Create or share anything that shows, or appears to show, a person under 18 in a sexual or suggestive way. We report such material to the authorities.
  • Create sexually explicit content (nudity or sexual acts). The generators refuse it, and you must not try to get around their safety filters.
  • Make content of a real person without their consent, impersonate anyone, or create deceptive “deepfakes”.
  • Create or publish illegal, hateful, harassing or violent content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Break the rules of the platforms you post to (for example Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit or subscription sites), including their rules on adult content and on labelling AI-generated content.
  • Use Clubhouse for spam, fake engagement, evading a platform ban, or to overload or attack the service.

5. AI results

AI results can be unexpected or inaccurate. Review everything before you post it. A generation may be refused by a model's safety system; a generation that fails gives its credits back automatically. We don't promise any particular result, reach or income from content you make.

6. Plans, credits and payment

  • Paid plans (Creator at $64 a month, Studio at $249 a month) renew every month until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe.
  • The trial costs $9.99 for 7 days with 150 credits, once per person and per card. Unless you cancel before it ends, it becomes Creator at $64 a month.
  • Paid actions use credits. Unused monthly credits roll over for one month; bought credits don't expire while your account is open. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
  • You can cancel at any time from your Account page; your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refunded except where the law requires or we decide otherwise.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; a change applies from your next renewal.

7. Social accounts and publishing

When you connect a social account, you let Clubhouse post to it on your behalf, but only what you choose to publish or schedule. We are not responsible for what a platform does with your posts or account, such as removing posts or limiting an account.

8. Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and remove content that does. You can stop using Clubhouse and cancel your plan at any time; to have your account deleted, contact us.

9. Our responsibility

Clubhouse is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Clubhouse after that means you accept the new terms.
