Privacy Policy
Last updated 26 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information [Company legal name] (“we”) collects when you use Clubhouse at www.mickeymillions.com, why, and the choices you have. We are responsible for this information. Contact: [Support email address].
1. What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address and profile picture from Google when you sign in, and your profile settings such as time zone.
- What you make and upload: photos, videos, voice recordings, personas and their reference photos, descriptions, captions and the results generated from them.
- Connected social accounts: account names and pictures, the posts you publish or schedule, and comments, messages and statistics for those accounts so you can see and answer them in Clubhouse.
- Payments: your plan, credit balance and payment history. Card details are collected and kept by Stripe, never by us.
- Use and technical data: what you do in the app (for example generations started and credits spent), and the device, browser and IP address information our hosting keeps in its logs.
2. Why we use it
- To run Clubhouse for you: make what you ask for, store it, and publish it when you choose.
- To take payments, keep your credit balance and send receipts.
- To keep the service safe: prevent abuse, enforce our Terms and respond to legal requests.
- To answer you when you contact us, and to improve the service.
We use your information to provide the service you signed up for, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. We don't sell your personal information and don't use it for advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Only with companies that help us run Clubhouse, under agreements that limit what they may do with it:
- hosting and database providers that store the app and your files;
- AI image, video and voice providers, which receive the photos, descriptions and audio needed for each thing you generate;
- a social publishing provider that connects your accounts and delivers your posts;
- Stripe, which handles payments;
- Google, when you sign in with it;
- an email service, for sign-in links and receipts.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect people from harm. Some of these providers are outside your country; where that happens we rely on the safeguards the law requires.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your account and content while your account is open. Files you delete are removed from your library. When your account is closed we delete or anonymise your information within a reasonable time, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records).
5. Your choices and rights
You can see and change your profile on your Account page. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to correct or delete it, to object to or limit how we use it, and to complain to your data protection authority. To use these rights, contact [Support email address].
6. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your workspace. Your theme and background choices are stored in your browser. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Age
Clubhouse is only for people aged 18 or older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger; if we learn we have, we delete it.
8. Security
Your files are stored privately and shown only through short-lived links. Passwords are never stored by us in readable form. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.
9. Changes and contact
We'll update this policy when our practices change and tell you about important changes. Questions: [Company legal name], [Registered address], [Support email address].
